This online course introduces young people to the concept of decent work as defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO), highlighting key principles such as fair pay, workplace safety, equality, and social protection. It explores the main challenges youth face in accessing decent jobs, including unemployment, informal work, and skills mismatch, and helps learners assess their skills, strengths, and career interests.
Participants will also access tips related to job search and employability skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and networking, to improve their chances of finding decent employment.
